The Quick Take:

Best Advice: Never pass up a cookie.  Life can be very short, even for a saint, and times can be very, very busy.  So, never pass up the chance to stop and eat a cookie when the opportunity arises.

Greatest Failure: Not having the magic of Christmas be able to be carried out the rest of the year.  Sometimes even deserving people get missed at Christmas and I would hope that those that have could help those that lack.
Greatest Success: Managing to streamline the operation and using new technologies that allow him to travel across the globe and make the toy deliveries in record time.  Santa Claus has also used new social media technology to keep better tabs on who is “naughty” and who is “nice.”

What Makes You Crazy?  Grinches.  Life is too short to be too crabby.
