Atlas Travel International Adds New Policy Compliance and Trip Authorization Capabilities:Implements COMPLEAT and CETAS Software Solutions by GDSX, Ltd.

Milford, Massachusetts- August 17, 2010 – Atlas Travel International expects to

streamline processes, eliminate manual work and increase reservation processing time dramatically by implementing GDSX’s COMPLEAT and CETAS software. The COMPLEAT and CETAS programs by GDSX, Ltd. allow agents and business travelers to work together more efficiently and save money on travel costs.  Atlas plans to use COMPLEAT not just for its standard functionality but to use some functionality that other TMCs don’t.

COMPLEAT will automate complex processes that are currently time consuming for an agent such as international advisements.  Currently, most agents must advise a traveler regarding required documentation for a destination which can vary depending on destination.  COMPLEAT has the ability to automate this process.  It also brings customer service to a higher level by offering risk assessment tied to reservation data.  The Atlas implementation will be used for quality control, file finishing processes and distributing communications to travelers all over the world. The software also allows Atlas to compete globally as these processes and communications are multi-lingual.

The COMPLEAT Enabled Travel Authorization System (CETAS) is built off of the COMPLEAT platform.  This software allows companies to pre-authorize travel for their employees.  This helps companies manage their travel spend and ensure that business travelers are in compliance with company travel policies.  The software allows for complex multi-tiered approval processes that other TMC’s cannot support unless they use expensive approval platforms.

“Our business customers are highly focused on cost-cutting and travel spend monitoring and Atlas has a history of looking for the best technology for our clients and the platforms offered by GDSX were a perfect match,” said Kim Castro, Atlas Travel International’s Director of Technology and Automation.  “The software helps us stay on the cutting edge of travel technology and provides services that our business travel clients will find particularly useful.”

“Atlas seemed like a natural fit,” said Cindy Allen, COO at GDSX.  “It is a dynamic and growing company that is constantly looking for the innovations to offer their clients and to stay ahead of the curve within the travel industry.  These software platforms they are implementing will help their business travelers stretch their travel dollar.”
