Former TTi COO Joins RedBranch Technologies, Inc. (RBT) as COO

RESTON, Va., Jan. 29, 2007 – RedBranch Technologies, Inc., SAAS technology developer and holding company, today announced William “Doug” Foran as its Chief Operating Officer.

Foran previously served as COO of TechTravelers, Inc. the developer of the acclaimed mTravel(R) managed travel technology acquired by RedBranch Technologies, Inc. (RBT) in 2006.

Over his career Doug has specialized in building and marketing business- to-business offerings that use high technology to create compelling business advantage. He started his high-tech career in sales and marketing in the design automation business for Calma Corporation, a pioneering Silicon Valley company in integrated circuit design business later acquired by General Electric and he also served as:

Vice President of Product Marketing, Information Displays Incorporated – As part of a turnaround team, Doug repositioned the company in the electronic technical publishing market. From that market position the company dominated its market niche and graduated to NASDAQ National Market status, growing shareholder value from pennies to $25 per share. He led the marketing for one public offering and three R&D tax partnerships in two years time.

General Manager, Xerox Corporation – Doug ran two innovative and successful start-up business teams addressing the document automation needs of utility companies for facilities and asset management and addressing the problems of technical document management for discrete manufacturing industries. Both operations met the needs of global companies and comprised field operations in domestic, European, South American and Asian markets.

Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Concept Five Technologies – as a principal founder of the company, Doug structured and sold a suite of professional service offerings that solved Enterprise Application Integration and Information Security problems for the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. He grew the business to $20 million in two years.

Chief Operating Officer, TechTravelers, Inc. – Doug helped organize the company, set the product direction, secured funding and established the strategic relationships to take mTravel(R), an innovative product that lowers the end-to-end costs of business travel, to market.
