August 29, 2006— Over the last six months, WebHR conducted an exhaustive investigation into online benefit tools and they have just named Benefit Express as their online benefit administration tool provider. “Benefit Express is the most flexible and the most updated system on the market,” said Mr. Abbaszadeh, president of WebHR. “They have the best grasp of the business and are able to provide the best solution in what can be a very complicated service area.”
Electronic web-based benefit enrollment programs first became available in 2000 as a means to streamline the process and provide employees greater access to their benefit programs. Key advantages include better reporting, greater employee empowerment, reduction of paperwork, easier plan comparison and immediate updating of information.

Benefit Express began working with insurance companies to provide online tools two years ago and WebHR is its first account in California. The first wave of 4,500 WebHR customers will start using the system in October, 2006 and eventually all WebHR customers will migrate to the new system.
